Welcome!
We are a group of paranormal investigators originally based out of Rockwell City, IA, in Calhoun County, but are currently located in Cedar Falls, IA. CCPI was founded by Seth and Jesse Alne in 2005. We have a team of five full-time investigators and 5 part-time investigators. Our official investigators have gone through an initiation process and contract signings to obtain their official investigator status. We base our investigations scientifically and use many different scientific devices to conduct them. We do not use things like Ouija boards, seances, or anything of that nature.

CCPI begins Passion Project

Beginning this fall us at CCPI are going to start shooting a documentary called "Haunted Iowa". It will feature some the most haunted place in Iowa and will include full on investigations, historical facts, interviews, and guest investigators. CCPI's 6th Visit to the villisca ax murder house

CCPI returned to the Villisca Ax Murder House for a 6th investigation on April 21st. It was a rousing success and a great investigation. The team had some crazy experiences and are currently going through the piles of evidence. Stay tuned for more updates.

CCPI to be featured on Documentary

CCPI is proud to announce that they are going to be feautured in a documentary about the paranromal activity that goes on in the Villisca Axe Murder House. The documentary is being produced by Johnny Houser, who is a Villisca historian and tour guide of the VAMH. This documentary is due out next year.

Charles City, IA [posted on 8/2/2009]
In the past few weeks, CCPI has been conducting numerous investigations in Charles City, IA. The two hot spots have been Riverside Cemetery and Iron Hill. Riverside Cemetery has produced disembodied voices, shadow people, apparitions, footsteps, and numerous other experiences. Iron Hill, which is a large wooded area, produced disembodied voices of children, footsteps, and audio evidence of little girls singing "Ring Around the Rosie". Investigations of these places will continue.

CCPI will be returning, October 6th, to the proclaimed number one most haunted place in America, The Villisca Axe Muder House. This will be the 4th visit to this location in 2 years.
